2025-2026 Tuition Schedule

As we prepare for another exciting and impactful school year, we are pleased to share the official 2025–2026 Tuition Schedule for the Southern University Laboratory School. This schedule outlines important dates and deadlines to help you plan and stay informed throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

Below are the key tuition dates for the 2025–2026 school year:
Key Dates to Remember:
July 7, 2025 – Tuition Posts to Transact
Families may begin logging into Transact with their student's U-Number and password to view and pay tuition.July 31, 2025 – Fall Tuition Payment Due
At least half of the tuition must be paid to receive a class schedule and/or report to school.October 31, 2025 – Final Fall Deferred Payment
All fall tuition balances under a deferment plan must be paid in full by this date.November 21, 2025 – Fall 2026 Seat Deposit Due
A $100 seat deposit is required to reserve your student’s place for the 2026–2027 school year.January 5, 2026 – Spring Tuition Payment Due
Payment of at least half of spring tuition is required to return for the spring semester.March 31, 2026 – Final Spring Deferred Payment
All remaining spring balances under a deferment plan must be paid in full.
Tuition Exemption
For those completing the Employee Tuition Exemption, the fees must be paid by July 31, 2025, for students to pickup their schedules and/or report to class.
