Thank you for your interest in the Southern University Laboratory School for your child(ren)’s academic future. Once you have completed and submitted the application, you must submit the required personal supporting documentation (Birth Certificates, Immunization Records, etc.), and the non-refundable application fee to the Office of Admissions.

Starts Monday, November 11, 2024

Once you have created an account and have successful submitted your application, you MUST pay your application fee.

ALL Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $100.00

Once you have pay your application fee, you are now ready to attach your supporting documentation!

ALL Applicants must have all necessary shots before attending class.

In addition to the required personal supporting documentation that is to be attached along with the submission of the application, there are two forms that should be filled out by the applicant’s current school ONLY!

The following forms will also be located under the forms section on the school’s website. The forms should be completed and sent back by the current school to the Office of Admissions
