Celebrating Opportunity and Excellence in Process Technology

This week, our campus was energized by a special visit that reinforced the power of partnership, purpose, and preparation for the future. We were honored to welcome Ms. McEachin, our Dual Enrollment Coordinator from Southern University at Shreveport (SUSLA), as she stopped by to connect with our Process Technology (PTech) students.

Her visit was more than a campus stop; it was an investment.

Pouring Into Our Scholars

Ms. McEachin took time to visit with our PTech scholars, offering insight, encouragement, and support as they continue their academic and career journeys. Opportunities like these remind our students that they are seen, valued, and supported by a larger community committed to their success. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and willingness to pour into our scholars.

Why Process Technology Matters

Our Process Technology (PTech) program is a career-focused pathway designed to prepare students for high-demand careers in industries such as:

  • Manufacturing

  • Energy

  • Chemical Processing

Through hands-on learning and industry-aligned instruction, students gain the technical skills, certifications, and confidence needed to compete and succeed in the workforce or continue their education with a strong foundation already in place.

Celebrating What’s Next

We are especially excited to welcome Ms. McEachin back to campus as we celebrate and honor our graduating students who have successfully earned their Process Technology Certification. This milestone represents hard work, perseverance, and a readiness to step boldly into the next chapter.

Thank You for the Support

Thank you, Ms. McEachin, for your continued partnership and commitment to our students. Your presence and encouragement help make pathways to success clearer and more attainable for our scholars.

The future is bright at Southern Lab, and our PTech students are ready.
