Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding the start date for our students in grades Pre-K through 12th.

Due to ongoing construction on campus, we will need to delay the first day of school for these grades Pre-K to 12 to promote a safe and conducive learning environment for our students. The new start date will be Monday, August 12, 2024.

The safety and learning environment for our students is paramount; therefore, we will need Thursday, August 8, and Friday, August 9, to make the final preparations for our scholars. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide the best possible start to the school year.

I firmly believe that, “how you start is how you finish, and how you finish is how you start.” It is crucial to begin the school year on the right note, and these additional days will ensure that we do just that.

Parents, you are still welcome to drop off labeled supplies at the school on Thursday and Friday. This will help our teachers and staff to be fully prepared for the arrival of your children on Monday.

Thank you for your continued support and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to welcoming your children back to school on Monday, August 12, 2024.
