This letter serves as a reminder that our Orientation is scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, August 5, 2024, at 9:00 am. Due to the ongoing renovations at the school, we will be hosting the orientation in the F.G. Clark Activity Center. This event is a wonderful opportunity to receive the latest information about our Laboratory School and the upcoming school year.

During the orientation, students will receive their schedules, verify the correct demographics housed in JCAMPUS, complete their lunch forms, pay tuition, and obtain a host of additional important information. Please note that parents must have initiated their tuition payment in order for their child to receive their schedule.

We are committed to providing the best educational experience for your children and to keeping you informed and involved in their academic journey. Your participation in the orientation is crucial to ensure a smooth start to the school year.

Dear Parents and Students,

We are pleased to announce the implementation of Google Classroom for the upcoming school year, designed to enhance communication and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. Each student has been assigned to a cohort linked to their current grade level, which will facilitate a more organized and efficient learning environment.

Instructions for Students:

Accept Your Cohort Invite: Each student has received an invitation to join their respective class on Google Classroom. Please log in to your Google account and accept this invitation as soon as possible. This will grant you access to important class materials, assignments, and announcements. If you have not accepted the invitation, you can click the link next to your cohort to sign up.

Instructions for Parents:

Accept Parent Invites: To further increase the level of communication between teachers and guardians, we are requesting that at least two parents or guardians accept the parent invites that the school will send. These invitations will allow you to stay informed about your child’s progress, upcoming assignments, and classroom announcements.

Your involvement is crucial in creating a supportive educational environment, and we believe that this system will greatly benefit both students and parents. By working together, we can ensure that our students have the best possible support system to succeed in their academic endeavors.
