This award is awarded to one of the top players in the State of Louisiana. “AJ” received Sportsline Player of the Week two times during the 2022 school year. The 5-foot-10, 180-pound quarterback was second in the Baton Rouge area in passing yards during the regular season, totaling more than 2,300 yards to go with 31 touchdowns. He continued to torch secondaries in the playoffs, leading Southern Lab to 42 points per game in four victories.
